Details
The Bench is great for hosting a birthday party, gender reveal, graduation party, a fantasy draft, diaper parties, or private/corporate events. Click Here and fill out the form to see how we can plan and manage an awesome event for your group.
We can also pair your event with use of the courts in HyVee Arena to play pickleball, basketball, volleyball, cornhole, setup a bounce house and run a fun Field Day competition for your group.
Ringo
This area near the front door has seating for 6 to 7 people. You can view a mounted TV from here as well as the projector screen on the whiteboard wall. The Ringo game and connect 4 is in this area as well.
Putskee
The Putskee area has seating for 6 to 8 at a bar top which can also be turned into a games table. You can view the project screen on the whiteboard wall and a second TV mounted on the wall. Games in this area include, you guessed it, the Putskee, but also connect 4 and Ringo.
Darts
The darts area has 1 standing table, the games, some of the bench and is a hop, skip and jump from your next beverage. You can view the 2 TVs over the bar or a great view of the projector screen on the whiteboard wall.
The Bar
The bar seats 4 to 5 people and has two TV viewing options. Need another beverage? You don’t have to go far.
Conference Room
This is a private space near the back that can seat 7 to 10 people. There is an 85in TV for presentations, watching sports or playing Nintendo. This room also has a large whiteboard.

Where are you located within HyVee Arena?
After entering the arena, go up to the basketball courts on the 2nd floor. Find section 226 and walk towards the Women’s Restroom, then turn left towards the KC Crew sign.
Can I watch sports?
Yes, each area has a TV or projector to watch your preferred sports or game. The main bench area has a large 4K projector with the most important game of the night. The conference room has an 85in TV with seating as well.
Do you only accept credit cards?
Correct. We only accept credit card. No cash will be accepted.
How many Party Hosts will be present?
Staffing depends on the size of the party. We ensure the appropriate number of staff are present to safely run activities and support your group.
Can we bring our own food, cake, or decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own snacks, cake, and decorations. If you would like to have food, you must purchase it through a preferred caterer.
All parties include 15 minutes of setup time before the party begins. If you need more time, please discuss upon booking.
Do you offer food packages or add-ons?
Yes, we do offer add-ons for your party. Please see the Upgrades section under our package offerings.
All food must be purchased through a Hy-Vee Arena preferred caterer. That list can be found here. We can manage this for you for $50, or you can order yourself.
Do you provide all equipment?
Yes, we provide all necessary sports and activity equipment for your party. We also include 3 extra games for your party. If you would like more, you can add them on to your booking.
What sports/activities are included? Can we choose?
We customize each party based on your preferences! We have access to a variety of activities, including basketball, pickleball, volleyball and field games. We include 3 extra games as part of your package.
